An international bronze medal for our photo club!
Dear Parents, Dear Students,
We are delighted to share wonderful news: our photo club « Edward Steichen » has won the bronze medal at the International Youth Photography Contest of Higashikawa (Hokkaido, Japan).
Selected among 15 Luxembourgish schools by the Luxembourg Federation of Art Photography and on the proposal of the Japanese Embassy, three of our S7 students had the honour of representing Luxembourg at the international finals in August 2025.
Accompanied by their teacher Mr Patrick Kopp, they presented their work to a jury of international artists and photographers. Their dedication and talent, developed over years of commitment within the club, were rewarded with a bronze medal – just behind two professional schools of art and photography.
This is a truly outstanding achievement, both for representing Luxembourg and for being recognised among the world’s best.
