Secondary : Mobility programme
Spending a period of time at a school in another country gives students the opportunity to develop in many ways, for example by improving their language skills, gaining independence and experiencing a different educational and cultural environment.
European Schools offer students the possibility of attending another school temporarily, while also welcoming students from other schools. These mobility experiences may take the form of exchanges, involving both a visit and a return visit, or one-way stays. They are collectively referred to as student mobility programmes.
At our school, these programmes give some students currently in Year 4 the opportunity to spend the entire first semester of Year 5 at another European School or an Accredited European School, and vice versa. For organisational reasons, the number of places available is limited and not all applications can be accepted.
If you would like to apply for the programme, please contact the mobility programme coordinators, Ms Sofronieva (zdravka.sofronieva@eursc.eu) and Ms Boulet (BOULETJU@eursc.eu). Please do not complete any of the forms or annexes referred to in the guidelines below, as further instructions will be provided by the coordinators.
The request has to be done as soon as possible and not later than January 11, 2027.
In order to be approved a school exchange needs the approval of the directors of both schools involved. In particular, in our school we always require a preliminary approval of the class council.
