Procedures to follow in case of pupils in danger

Procedures to follow in case of

1. Awareness or assumption of a child in danger
2. Possession, sale, consumption of alcohol or drugs
3. Harassment, intimidation, extortion, blackmail, racketeering, physical, moral and psychological violence

These three procedures are being introduced in our school following the positive experience of other European schools. Our aim is to ensure a follow-up of reported cases of children in danger.
These procedures are put in place by the school, but all actors or the school community are welcome to initiate any of them if they deem it necessary.

When circumstances arise and require the application of one of these procedures, please print the appropriate form in the language of your choice, complete it with the information you have and hand it over to one of the principal educational advisers  (Mr ANCART or Mr TOUSSAINT)  for the secondary school and to the deputy head
(Mr van Wissen) for the primary school, who will make sure that there is a follow-up of the case.

Procédures à suivre:

1. En cas de connaissance ou de présomption d’un enfant en danger
2. Face à un cas de possession, vente, consommation d’alcool ou de drogue
3. Face à un cas de harcèlement, intimidation, extorsion, chantage, racket, violence physique, morale, psychologique

Ces trois procédures sont introduites dans note école suite aux expériences positives menées dans d’autres Ecoles européennes. Notre but est d’assurer un suivi des cas d’enfant en danger qui nous sont rapportés. Ces procédures sont mises en place par l’école mais tous les acteurs de la communauté scolaire peuvent initier l’une d’entre elles s’ils le jugent nécessaire.

Dans le cas de circonstances nécessitant l’application d’une de ces procédures, veuillez imprimer le formulaire approprié dans la langue de votre choix, le compléter à l’aide des informations dont vous disposez et le remettre à l’un des conseillers principaux d’éducation (M. ANCART ou M. TOUSSAINT) pour l’école secondaire et au directeur adjoint  (M. VAN WISSEN) pour l’école primaire qui se chargeront de faire le suivi du cas.

Gefahren bei:

2. Besitz, Verkauf, Verbrauch von Alkohol oder Drogen
3. Belästigung, Einschüchterung, Erpressung, Schutzgelderpressung und bei körperlicher und psychischer Gewalt,

Diese drei Verfahren werden in unserer Schule nach der positiven Erfahrung anderer Europäischen Schulen eingeführt. Unser Ziel ist, alle berichteten Fälle von gefährdeten Kindern nachzuverfolgen. Diese Verfahren werden durch die Schule in Gang gesetzt, dürfen aber von allen Mitgliedern der Schulgemeinschaft initiiert werden.

Im Falle von Umständen, die die Anwendung eines dieser Verfahren erfordert, bitte drücken Sie das passende Formular in der Sprache Ihrer Wahl aus, füllen Sie es mit den Informationen aus, die Sie besitzen und geben Sie es einem der Haupterziehungsberater (Herr ANCART oder Herr TOUSSAINT) für die Oberschule oder der stellvertretenden Direktorin  (Herr VAN WISSEN) für die Grundschule  zurück, damit für die Nachverfolgung des Falles gesorgt werden kann.
