Absences des professeurs « en ligne »

Il est désormais possible, à la maison, de consulter les absences des professeurs ainsi que les informations courantes, par l'intermédiaire du menu « Ecole en ligne > Absences Professeurs ».

Ce menu est protégé par mot de passe :

• Pour les élèves et enseignants, utilisez votre compte informatique de l'école
• Pour les parents, contactez l'APEEE.

ab sofort ist es möglich, von zu Hause, die Abwesenheiten der Lehrer online abzurufen sowie aktuelle Informationen anzusehen durch das Menü « Ecole en ligne > Absences Professeurs ».

Dieses Menü ist durch ein Kennwort geschützt :

• Für Schüler und Lehrer, verwenden Sie Ihr Schulkonto.
• Für Eltern, nehmen Sie Kontakt mit APEEE auf.

A tous les parents,

En raison de la "Fête des 7èmes", les cours se termineront exceptionnellement à 13h00 le vendredi 25 mai prochain.

Les élèves du cycle maternel/primaire auront cours normalement.

Seuls les élèves des classes s6 et s7 seront autorisés à rester à l'école après 13h00 pour participer à la fête des élèves de 7ème année.

Because of the celebration of the last day of the 7th year pupils on Friday, May 25th, lessons will finish at 13.00 o'clock on that day exceptionally.

Pupils of the kindergarten and the primary school will have normal classes.

Only the pupils of s6 and s7 will be allowed to stay at school after 13.00 o'clock in order to participate in the celebration of the party of the pupils of class s7.

An die Eltem aller Schüler,

Aufgrund der Feier der 7. Klassen wird der Unterricht am kommenden Freitag, dem 25. Mai ausnahmsweise um 13.00 Uhr enden.

Die Schüler des Kindergartens und der Grundschule werden einen normalen Unterrichtstag haben.

Nur die Schüler der Klassen S6 und S7 haben die Erlaubnis nach 13.00 Uhr in der Schule zu bleiben um an der Feier der 7. Klassen teilzunehmen.

Chers Parents,

En prévision de la fin de l'année scolaire, j'ai l'honneur de vous informer des dispositions prises quant à l'organisation des dernières semaines à l'école secondaire.

En raison de la fête du Bac, les cours des classes S1-S5 se termineront à 13h00 le vendredi 25 mai. Seuls les élèves S6 et S7 peuvent participer à la fête qui se déroulera de 13h15 à 16h30 dans la cour de l'école.

Les compositions de fin d'année pour les élèves S4-S5-S6 auront lieu comme suit :

• S4: 18-22 juin (examens de repêchage : 22, 25 et 26 juin)
• S5: 15-22 juin (examens de repêchage : 22, 25 et 26 juin). Les élèves S5 seront libérés des cours le 14 juin à 13h00.
• S6: 13-22 juin (examens de repêchage : 22, 25 et 26 juin). Les élèves S6 seront libérés des cours le 12 juin à 13h00.

Les cours des classes 1 à 6 se termineront le 22 juin à 16h25 en raison des examens oraux du baccalauréat. Les élèves des classes 1 à 3 recevront leur bulletin le 22 juin.

La remise des bulletins aux élèves des classes S4-S6 se fera le 6 juillet pendant la 1re période. Les élèves qui ne pourraient pas venir retirer leur bulletin le 6 juillet sont invités à laisser au professeur principal une enveloppe timbrée avec adresse, pour envoi par la poste.

Les changements des transports scolaires à la fin de l'année scolaire sont repris en annexe.

Les parents dont les enfants quitteront définitivement l'école sont priés d'en informer le secrétariat par écrit le plus tôt possible et avant le jeudi 14 juin afin de nous faciliter l'organisation de l'année scolaire prochaine et de nous permettre de prendre toute disposition utile en ce qui concerne les nouvelles admissions d'élèves.

Dear Parents,

Since the end of the school year is approaching, I would like to give you some information about the arrangements that have been made for the last weeks at the secondary school.

On Friday 25th May, classes for years S1-S5 will stop at 13.00 because of the Bac party. Only S6 and S7 pupils can participate in the party that will take place on the schoolyard from 13.15-16.30.

The end-of-year examinations for pupils in years 4, 5, and 6 will take place as follows:

• S4: 18-22 June (re-sit examinations: 22nd, 25th and 26th June)
• S5: 15-22 June (re-sit examinations: 22nd, 25th and 26th June). S5 pupils will be free on 14th June from 13.00 onwards.
• S6: 13-22 June (re-sit examinations: 22nd, 25th and 26th June). S6 pupils will be free on 12th June from 13.00 onwards.

Classes for years S1-S6 will stop on Friday 22nd June at 16.25 on account of the Baccalaureate oral examinations. Pupils in years S1-S3 will be given their reports by their class teachers on 22nd June.

Pupils in years S4-S6 will receive their reports on 6th July during the 1st period. Pupils who are unable to come and collect their reports on 6th July may leave a stamped addressed envelope with their class teacher so that they can be forwarded by post.

The changes to the school bus services at the end of the school year are attached.

Parents whose children are definitely leaving the school must inform the school secretary's office in writing as soon as possible and in any case before Thursday, 14th June, so that proper arrangements can be made for the new school year, and so that all the necessary decisions can be taken on the admission of new pupils.

Liebe Eltem,

Das Ende des Schuljahres rückt näher. Gestatten Sie mir deshalb, Sie über einige Regelungen im Bereich der Sekundarstufe für die letzten Wochen dieses Schuljahres zu informieren.

Am Freitag, den 25. Mai enden die Unterrichte für die Klassen S1-S5 um 13.00 Uhr wegen der Abiturfeier. Allein die Schüler S6 und S7 können an der Feier teilnehmen, die auf dem Schulpausenhof von 13.15 bis 16.30 Uhr stattfinden wird.

Die Klassenarbeiten für die Schüler der Klassen S4-S5-S6 werden wie folgt geschrieben:

• S4: 18-22 Juni (Nachholprüfungen: 22., 25. und 26. Juni)
• S5: 15-22 Juni (Nachholprüfungen: 22., 25. und 26. Juni). Befreiung vom Unterricht am 14. Juni um 13.00 Uhr.
• S6: 13-22 Juni (Nachholprüfungen: 22., 25. und 26. Juni). Befreiung vom Unterricht am 12. Juni um 13.00 Uhr.

Der Unterricht der Klassen S1-S6 endet wegen der mündlichen Abiturprüfungen am 22. Juni um 16.25 Uhr. Die Schüler der Klassen S1-S3 bekommen ihr Zeugnis am 22. Juni.

Die Zeugnisse für die Klassen S4-S6 werden am 6. Juli in der ersten Stunde ausgeteilt. Die Schüler, die am 6. Juli verhindert sind, ihr Zeugnis abzuholen, werden gebeten, ihrem Klassenlehrer einen frankierten Umschlag mit Namen und Adresse des Empfängers zu hinterlassen.

Die Veränderungen im Busfahrplan am Ende des Schuljahres finden Sie im Anhang.

Die Eltern, deren Kinder die Schule endgültig verlassen, werden gebeten, das Sekretariat so bald wie möglich davon schriftlich in Kenntnis zu setzen, auf jeden Fall vor Donnerstag, dem 14. Juni, um uns die Organisation des kommenden Schuljahres, u. a. die Möglichkeit der Neuaufnahme von Schülern, zu erleichtern.

At the Abbaye de Neumünster, in the presence of the Minister of Culture, Mrs Octavie Modert, eight of our students were awarded prizes for poetry in the "Concours Jeune Printemps" as part of the annual "Printemps des Poetes" festival.

Some of these students were present and read their poems to the Minister and the other guests. The teachers (Mr Leader and Mrs Jourdan) read the poems for the pupils who could not attend.

Here are the names of the winning poets from our school:
