Dear Parents,

We wish to make you aware of the initiative of one of our European School pupils who has created an online bookshop site, specifically dedicated to the exchange of ES used books: http://eurobooks.lu/
Parents and pupils can sell the used books, under specific conditions, and others can benefit from buying such books. We support such initiative because:

• It is a very good gesture for our environment,
• it entices pupils to maintain their books in good condition along the year,
• and it saves money to the parents who receive a valid second hand book at a better price.

We must underline that the eurobooks.lu is not run by the school, and the school bears no responsibility for any disagreement that may arise. In requesting the books, parents must be guided from the lists published in the school site.

Updated software version for the TI-Nspire calculator

(FR) Conformément aux caractéristiques exigées par les programmes de mathématiques des classes s4, s5, s6 et s7 et par décision du groupe d’experts réuni le 4 mai 2018, l’élève doit disposer à la rentrée de septembre 2018 de la calculatrice TI-nspire CX CAS équipée du logiciel dans sa version 4.5.X.X ou supérieure.

(EN) In accordance with the characteristics required by the mathematics syllabuses for years s4, s5, s6 and s7 and by decision of the group of experts, which convened on 4 May 2018, at the beginning of the 2018-2019 school year in September 2018, each student must have the TI-Nspire CX CAS calculator, equipped with version 4.5.X.X or higher of the software.

(DE) Gemäß der in den Mathematiklehrplänen enthaltenen Auflagen und auf Beschluss der Expertengruppe vom 4. Mai 2018 muss jeder Schüler ab September 2018 über den Taschenrechner TI-nspire CX CAS mit der entsprechenden Software Version 4.5.X.X oder höher verfügen.
