Data Protection Correspondent
The General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter: ‘GDPR’) has come into effect on 25th May 2018, and is applicable to the European Schools (the Office of the Secretary-General and the 13 Schools). Each school will be implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure and be able to demonstrate that the processing of the data collected from pupils and parents/legal representatives, is performed in accordance with the GDPR.
Our school has appointed a DPO Correspondent who will support the Director in the implementation of the data protection policy in the school. On this page, we will provide you with updates and documents relating to data protection in our school.
If you have any questions on how we handle your personal information and the personal information of your children, please raise your concerns with our school’s Data Protection Correspondent (LUX-DPO-CORRESPONDENT@eursc.eu).
Please be ensured that the European Schools are committed to respecting your privacy and the privacy of your children and to complying with the requirements of the GDPR.
