ABOUT EUROSPORT @ EUROPEAN SCHOOLS
EUROSPORT is an integrated part of the European Schools’ activities. It is regarded as an important contribution for social and sporting interaction among the schools. The first edition of Eurosport was hosted in Karlsruhe, Germany, in 1976. Since then a total of 19 editions of EUROSPORT have followed every second year.
From 11 to 14 March 2015 the European school of Luxembourg I will host the 21st edition of EUROSPORT. A total of 14 European schools and 360 pupils will come to Luxembourg to compete in the following 4 disciplines: basketball, volleyball, table tennis and aquathlon (swimming and running).
The following schools will participate in this edition of EUROSPORT: ALICANTE, BERGEN, BXL 1 (Uccle), BXL 2 (Woluwe), BXL 3 (Ixelles), BXL 4 (Laeken), CULHAM, FRANKFURT, KARLSRUHE, LUX 1 Kirchberg, LUX 2 Mamer, MOL, MÜNCHEN, VARESE.
